DESCRIPTION
Our Mission Camps merge a mission trip with a camp experience. Join others in providing a camp experience for underprivileged and refugee children living in the Dallas area. Mission camps run Monday through Friday. Monday is a day for “Camp Missionary” training, followed by four days of hands-on ministry. Early mornings and evenings will be devoted to the spiritual growth and leadership development of your group as well as fun times of fellowship. During the day you will have the opportunity to share the love of God with children by leading them in participating in camp activities. Church Camps
DESCRIPTION
Hidden Acres partners with smaller churches who have less than 60 elementary or middle school students in providing them with summer camp opportunities. There are various ways to partner. Your church group can rent facilities and run your own camp (very limited space in the summer calendar), solicit some help for activities from our trained summer camp staff, or your group can just join in on camps that are scheduled and that are programmed fully by our summer camp staff. DESCRIPTION
Hidden Acres is a great location for women’s retreats, family retreats, men’s retreats, and more. Hidden Acres is a place set apart for people to grow in community and communion with our creator. We provide a place for groups to retreat from the hussle and bussle and spend time with God and each other in a peaceful setting.
