Parents of Elementary Students
Hidden Acres currently leads a week of camp with spots for elementary students. Our Elementary Camps are for 8 - 12 years olds and are usually held in early June. Our camps run from Sunday through Thursday. Our days at camp are filled with outdoor activities such as fishing, canoeing, hiking, exciting games, great food, and loads of fun. If you would like to be up do date about our upcoming camp schedule please sign-up for our e-newsletter below. If you have questions, please contact our Summer Camp Director, Jonah Carr at jcarr@hiddenacres.org.
Day Camp:
Elementary Day Camp is for students aged 5-12. Day Camp runs from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, Tuesday through Friday. Hidden Acres does not provide transportation to/from Day Camp. Day Camp fees are $160 per camper for Day Camp; campers will bring their own sack lunches each day of camp.
Overnight Elementary Camp:
At both overnight and day camp, campers will participate in swim time, archery, canoeing, kayaking, bazooka ball, games, team competitions, and so much more! In addition to all of this, Hidden Acres' Staff is dedicated to seeing each camper experience Christ in a unique way. Each day, campers will listen to big talks given by our CORE Team, hear the testimonies of our Head Counselors, and participate in interactive small groups intended to bring fun, retention, and understanding to the Bible stories heard during big talks.
Overnight camp begins on Sunday gates open at 4 pm and ends on Thursday with a parent presentation at 6:30 pm. Cost is $375 per camper.

Parents of Middle and High Schoolers
Hidden Acres has a camp for middle and high schoolers where we challenge students to grow as leaders and serve with Christ-like love. We call it “Mission Camp” because middle and high schoolers are trained to serve in assistant counseling and support roles for our day camps that serve refugee and underprivileged children living in the Dallas area. Ideally, middle and high schoolers will attend with their youth group and group leaders, but we do have limited spots for individual youth to attend. Please contact our Summer Camp Director, Jonah Carr, about these individual spots.

Leadership Retreats:
During the Fall and Spring we also host Leadership Weekends exclusively for middle school students. These retreats run from 5:30pm Friday - 7:30pm Saturday. Please contact our Leadership Retreat Coordinator, Amanda Smith, at asmith@hiddenacres.org with any questions you might have.
CAMP SKHOLĒ (SCHOOL)- A COOL PLACE TO LEARN AND GROW
Camp Skholē (“skholē” meaning “leisure spent in the pursuit of knowledge” ) is the name of our home school cooperative program.
It includes mini-semester Learning Adventures, OAKS Leadership Program, Events, and Workshops: A new type of cooperative program for Homeschool Families

Health Safety protocols
Health safety has and continues to be a priority at Hidden Acres. We will continue to follow our normal health guidelines as well as implement new protocols to reduce the risk of transmissible diseases; as part of our COVID-19 response. We know ministry and fun cannot happen without the firm foundation of safety!
